5′ GEX captures transcriptional heterogeneity among intact immune and non-immune cells, facilitating the identification of cell types, activation states, and functional programs. This 10x scRNA-seq–based single-cell RNA-seq approach generates high-resolution single cell gene expression data across complex immune populations. When combined with T cell receptor (TCR) and B cell receptor (BCR) sequencing, this platform enables simultaneous analysis of gene expression and immune clonality, providing insights into clonal expansion and immune cell phenotypes.

5′ GEX captures transcriptional heterogeneity among intact immune and non-immune cells, facilitating the identification of cell types, activation states, and functional programs.
